Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix grated zucchini, flour, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

  6. Let cool before cutting into bars.
