- 4 ounces fresh egg noodles
- 12 wontons (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped

- 1 green onion, sliced, for garnish

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken or beef broth to a simmer.
- Add the fresh egg noodles and cook according to package directions, until al dente.
- Carefully add the wontons to the simmering broth and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until they float and are cooked through.
- Stir in the chopped bok choy and cook for 2 minutes, until slightly tender-crisp.
- Season the soup with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and white pepper.
- Ladle the Wonton Noodle Soup into bowls.
- Garnish with sliced green onion before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a slice of fresh ginger to the broth while it simmers.
- Adjust the amount of soy sauce and rice vinegar to your taste.
