- 12 slider buns
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup American cheese slices
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook ground beef in a pan over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir well.
- Cut slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread Thousand Island dressing on the bottom buns.
- Layer cooked beef, cheese slices, pickles, and shredded lettuce.
- Add the top buns and brush with a mix of mustard and ketchup.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
