Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, minced onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form them into patties, about 1/2-inch thick.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
- Cook the turkey burgers for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 165°F (74°C).
- Serve the turkey burgers on whole-wheat buns with your favorite toppings.
