Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Add rice and stir for 2 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Mix in paprika, cumin, saffron, and tomato.
- Pour in broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes until rice is tender.
- Fluff with a fork and serve warm.
Notes
- Use bomba rice for a more traditional texture.
- Add peas or bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Let rice rest covered for 5 minutes before serving.
