  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Cut ribs into individual pieces and season with salt.
  3. Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  4. Coat ribs with the sauce mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and sear ribs for 2 minutes per side.
  6. Place ribs on a baking tray and bake for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
