- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Cut ribs into individual pieces and season with salt.
- Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Coat ribs with the sauce mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and sear ribs for 2 minutes per side.
- Place ribs on a baking tray and bake for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Marinate ribs overnight for deeper flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to control spiciness.
- Serve with steamed rice or fresh vegetables.
