  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and half of the chili powder.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, remaining chili powder, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  5. Grill or sauté corn for 3-4 minutes until slightly charred.
  6. Assemble bowls with sliced chicken, corn, and drizzle with the creamy sauce.
  7. Top with feta cheese, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
