- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz egg noodles, cooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix chicken, noodles, soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Combine breadcrumbs with melted butter and spread over the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Substitute cream of mushroom soup if preferred.
- Add frozen peas or carrots for extra veggies.
