- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground beef, taco seasoning, cheese, ranch dressing, crushed tortilla chips, and egg in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced jalapeños to the mixture.
