  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the cooked sausage.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Serve warm with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
