- 1 pound spicy Italian sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked sausage.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
Notes
- For a milder taste, use mild Italian sausage.
- Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking.
