Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix mashed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, brown sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
