Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape into meatballs and place in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour beef broth over the meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  5. Mix cornstarch and water, stir into the slow cooker to thicken the gravy.
  6. Cook for an additional 15 minutes before serving.
