- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add rice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
- Fluff rice with a fork, garnish with lemon zest, and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sear the chicken in a pan before adding to the slow cooker.
- Adjust broth quantity if you prefer softer or firmer rice.
- Use fresh herbs if available for enhanced taste.
