- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown beef with onion and bell pepper in a skillet.
- Drain fat and stir in ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Press biscuit dough into muffin tin cups.
- Fill each cup with sloppy joe mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use lean beef for less grease.
- Add hot sauce if you like spice.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
