Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned.
  3. Remove beef and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers.
  5. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, cornstarch, and water.
  6. Return beef to the pan and pour sauce over.
  7. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  8. Serve hot.

  • Slice beef thinly for tender results.
  • Adjust pepper to taste.
