Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Remove beef and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, cornstarch, and water.
- Return beef to the pan and pour sauce over.
- Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Slice beef thinly for tender results.
- Adjust pepper to taste.
- Serve with steamed rice.
