Ingredients

- 8 oz linguine
- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- Add mussels and white wine to the pan. Cover and cook for 5 minutes until mussels open.
- Return shrimp to the pan. Toss in cooked linguine and parsley. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Discard any mussels that do not open after cooking.
- Use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
