- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups frozen hashbrowns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix softened cream cheese into the egg mixture until smooth.
- Combine sausage, hashbrowns, and cheddar cheese in a baking dish.
- Pour egg mixture over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until eggs are set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use thawed hashbrowns for faster cooking.
- Substitute turkey sausage for a lighter option.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
