Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cups frozen hashbrowns

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix softened cream cheese into the egg mixture until smooth.
  5. Combine sausage, hashbrowns, and cheddar cheese in a baking dish.
  6. Pour egg mixture over the top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until eggs are set.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
