- 1 lb fresh salmon, skin removed and cut into chunks

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add salmon chunks and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
- Pour in heavy cream, parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
