  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup crushed crackers (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix shredded chicken, rice, vegetables, soup, sour cream, cheese, milk, and seasonings in a bowl.
  3. Spread mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
