- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed crackers (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix shredded chicken, rice, vegetables, soup, sour cream, cheese, milk, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Spread mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle crushed crackers on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Substitute broccoli for mixed vegetables if preferred.
- Use leftover turkey instead of chicken.
