Instructions

  1. Mix crab meat, cream cheese, green onion, soy sauce, garlic powder, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Soak rice paper sheets in warm water for 10 seconds until pliable.
  3. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each sheet.
  4. Fold edges over the filling to form a square.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry rangoons until golden and crispy, about 2 minutes per side.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
