- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix crab meat, cream cheese, green onion, soy sauce, garlic powder, and sugar in a bowl.
- Soak rice paper sheets in warm water for 10 seconds until pliable.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each sheet.
- Fold edges over the filling to form a square.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry rangoons until golden and crispy, about 2 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh crab meat for best flavor.
- Do not over-soak rice paper to prevent tearing.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
