- 1 egg

- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Pat the fish dry with a paper towel.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a shallow dish.
- Whisk egg and milk in another shallow dish.
- Place breadcrumbs in a third dish.
- Coat each fish fillet in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the fish for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
