Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tea bags (black or green tea)
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1 lemon, sliced (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add tea bags and let steep for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and let the tea cool.
  4. Blend strawberries until smooth.
  5. Mix strawberry puree with tea.
  6. Add honey or sugar if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  8. Serve over ice with lemon slices.
