- 1 pound fresh strawberries
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut off the tops and hollow out the centers slightly.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture.
- Top each strawberry with a few blueberries.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes

- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese.
