Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and rice, cooking for 2 minutes.
- Pour in broth and tomato sauce, then add cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
