- 1 lemon (juiced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Mix all dry spices in a small bowl
- Coat chicken tenders with olive oil
- Rub spice mixture evenly over chicken
- Arrange tenders on baking sheet
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice before serving
Notes
- For crispier texture, broil for last 2 minutes
- Can substitute chicken breasts cut into strips
- Pairs well with tzatziki sauce
