- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until flavors blend.
- Serve over cooked rice. Garnish with green onions.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
- Double the sauce ingredients for extra flavor.
