- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish.
- Pour marinade over chicken, coating evenly.
- Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).
- Grill, bake, or pan-cook chicken until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate for 2-4 hours.
- Adjust chili powder for more or less heat.
- Works well with chicken thighs or tenders.
