- 1 large tortilla wrap
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread mayonnaise evenly over the tortilla.
- Layer shredded chicken, cheese, bell peppers, and onions on top.
- Drizzle hot sauce if desired and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly toast the wrap for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
