- 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
- 1–2 cups ice
- 1/2 cup cold water or coconut water
Instructions
- Blend the pineapple: Place the chopped pineapple and honey (if using) in a blender. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
- Blend the strawberries: Place the hulled strawberries and honey (if using) in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Create the slushie base: Add ice and cold water (or coconut water) to both the pineapple and strawberry blends. Blend again until slushie consistency is achieved.
- Layer the slushies: Layer the pineapple and strawberry slushies in glasses. For a fun swirled effect, gently mix them with a straw or spoon.
- Serve and enjoy: Serve immediately, refreshing and full of fruity goodness!
