Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually blend in flour, pecans, and salt.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
- Let cool completely, then roll in powdered sugar again.

- Freeze unbaked dough balls for up to 3 months.
- Use room temperature butter for best texture.
