Instructions
- Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Spoon mixture into the prepared crust.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
