- 1 lb 2.12 oz Family Size package Oreo Cookies
- 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 12 ounce bag red candy melts
- 12 ounce bag blue candy melts
- ⅓ cup Ghirardelli white melting wafers
- White star confetti sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Line two baking trays with parchment and set aside.
- Pulse Oreo cookies in a food processor into fine crumbs.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix Oreo crumbs with cream cheese until well combined.
- Scoop and roll mixture into 1.5” balls, then place on trays.
- Chill trays in the refrigerator for 2 hours (or freeze for 15-20 minutes).
- Melt blue candy melts in a double boiler or microwave.
- Dip half the balls in blue melts, tap off excess, and sprinkle with star confetti.
- Melt red candy melts and dip remaining balls in red coating.
- Melt white wafers, drizzle over red-coated balls, and chill for 10 minutes.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

- Chill the balls thoroughly before dipping to maintain shape.
- Work quickly with the candy melts to prevent hardening.
