  • 1 lb 2.12 oz Family Size package Oreo Cookies
  • 8 ounce block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 12 ounce bag red candy melts
  • 12 ounce bag blue candy melts
  • ⅓ cup Ghirardelli white melting wafers
  • White star confetti sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Line two baking trays with parchment and set aside.
  2. Pulse Oreo cookies in a food processor into fine crumbs.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Mix Oreo crumbs with cream cheese until well combined.
  5. Scoop and roll mixture into 1.5” balls, then place on trays.
  6. Chill trays in the refrigerator for 2 hours (or freeze for 15-20 minutes).
  7. Melt blue candy melts in a double boiler or microwave.
  8. Dip half the balls in blue melts, tap off excess, and sprinkle with star confetti.
  9. Melt red candy melts and dip remaining balls in red coating.
  10. Melt white wafers, drizzle over red-coated balls, and chill for 10 minutes.
  11. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
