Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Fold in almond flour and all-purpose flour.
- Spread batter on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool the cake and cut into three equal layers.
- Mix butter, powdered sugar, and coffee to make the buttercream.
- Melt chocolate with heavy cream for the ganache.
- Assemble layers with buttercream and ganache.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
