Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Fold in almond flour and all-purpose flour.
  4. Spread batter on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Cool the cake and cut into three equal layers.
  6. Mix butter, powdered sugar, and coffee to make the buttercream.
  7. Melt chocolate with heavy cream for the ganache.
