A creamy and flavorful one-pot pasta dish featuring shrimp and crab in a rich Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb crab meat, cooked
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add fettuccine pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink.
  7. Gently fold in crab meat and heat through.
  8. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh crab meat for the best flavor.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
