Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
- Stir in soy sauce, honey, and sriracha.
- Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce.
- Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha to control spice level
- Serve with rice or vegetables
- Works well with thighs instead of breasts
