A quick and flavorful one-pan chicken dish with spicy sesame butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and sriracha.
  6. Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce.
  7. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

  • Adjust sriracha to control spice level
