Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add noodles, butter, and chicken broth.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
  6. Slice chicken and return to the pan. Toss with noodles.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.

  • Use wide egg noodles for best texture.
