- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add noodles, butter, and chicken broth.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
- Slice chicken and return to the pan. Toss with noodles.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use wide egg noodles for best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
