- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine rice, soups, water, and spices in a baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts on top of the mixture.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Do not open the oven during baking.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Check chicken internal temperature reaches 165°F before serving.
- Letting it rest ensures juicier chicken.
