  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine rice, soups, water, and spices in a baking dish.
  3. Place chicken breasts on top of the mixture.
  4. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes.
  5. Do not open the oven during baking.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
