Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a lined pan.
  2. Blend strawberries until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half the filling over the crust, then swirl in strawberry puree.
  6. Top with remaining filling and chill for 4 hours.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.
