- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a dish to form the crust.
- Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the filling over the crust.
- Top with fresh blueberries.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
- For a firmer crust, chill for 10 minutes before adding the filling.
- Replace blueberries with other berries if preferred.
