- 200ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add bell pepper and tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place fish chunks in the pot.
- Pour coconut milk and lime juice over the fish.
- Simmer gently for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.

- Use firm white fish like cod or halibut.
- Adjust spice levels to taste.
- Serve with rice or bread.
