- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown ground beef with diced onion and drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning, soups, diced tomatoes, and sour cream.
- Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the beef mixture over the chips.
- Top with remaining chips and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use leftover cooked chicken instead of beef for variation.
- Top with sliced jalapeños for extra heat.
- Serve with salsa and guacamole.
