Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups crushed tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown ground beef with diced onion and drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, soups, diced tomatoes, and sour cream.
  4. Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the beef mixture over the chips.
  6. Top with remaining chips and shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Use leftover cooked chicken instead of beef for variation.
  • Top with sliced jalapeños for extra heat.
  • Serve with salsa and guacamole.
