- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place fish fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Top with lemon slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and minced garlic.
- Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
