- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and stir well.
- In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water and add it to the pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice with steamed broccoli.
