- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- Use fresh tortellini for best results.
- Add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
- Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if preferred.
