- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add egg, vanilla, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup to the butter mixture.
- Gradually stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
