  • 8 slider buns

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Coat each chicken piece in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden and crispy.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix cayenne pepper, brown sugar, and chili powder with 1/4 cup of the frying oil to make the hot sauce.
  6. Toss fried chicken in the hot sauce.
  7. Place chicken on slider buns and top with pickles.
  8. Serve immediately.
