- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir for 1 minute.
- Mix in brown sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve over rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
