  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In another dish, whisk together the egg and heavy cream.
  3. Dip each steak into the egg mixture, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  4. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.
