- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, red onion, cherry tomatoes, pepperoncini, black olives, salami, ham, and provolone cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit the salami and ham.
- Add more vegetables like cucumbers or bell peppers if desired.
