Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat cod fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear cod for 2 minutes per side.
- Pour the butter mixture over the cod.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
